Fix 1: Check Network Connection
As is evident from the error message, the single biggest culprit of this issue stems from poor network connectivity. So double-check that the internet connection is working well and good.

Fix 7: Clear Browser Data for PC

I cleared the cache, gave the app permission to use mobile data when data saver is off (even though it was ALREADY off), and also set the app to upload ONLY over mobile data. I have an unlimited data plan. It worked right away, but unfortunately I’m not sure just which remedy did the trick, and don’t have any more time now to debug further. I have a Galaxy S10 Android OS.
