- Open Google Drive on your PC.
- Tap on the “Shared with me” option present at the left panel of the screen. Here you will find all the files that are shared with you.

- Right-click on the file and tap on “Remove“.

However, suppose you are the owner of the file, and you are deleting a file that belongs to you and that you have shared with your friends/acquaintances on Google Drive. In that case, it will automatically get deleted from everyone else’s “shared” tab once you tap on the “Remove” option.
